1. Eligibility:

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of Ratio Cocoa Roasters and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form during the Australian Chocolate Festival (Aus Choc Fest) on 5–6 July 2025.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Prize Details:

• The prize is a factory tour for the winner and up to five (5) friends at Ratio Cocoa Roasters.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable for other goods or services.

4. Prize Use:

• The prize must be used prior to November 28th 2025.
• The tour date will be arranged in consultation with the winner and subject to availability.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via phone or email on 7 July 2025.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, Ratio Cocoa Roasters reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner’s name will be announced on Ratio Cocoa Roasters’ social media channels.

6. General Conditions:

• By entering, entrants consent to their name and/or image being used for promotional purposes in connection with this competition, including on social media and the Ratio Cocoa Roasters website.
• All entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with Ratio Cocoa Roasters’ Privacy Policy.
• Ratio Cocoa Roasters reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these terms at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.

7. Liability:

• Ratio Cocoa Roasters is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Acceptance:

• Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
